Creates new sections 25-11-147, 25-11-321, and 25-13-37 allowing courts to terminate membership and forfeit retirement benefits for members of three state retirement systems convicted of felonies related to their employment, effective July 1, 2018.

Applies to active members, retired members receiving post-retirement employment benefits, and members who committed crimes while employed but are no longer receiving benefits in the Public Employees' Retirement System, Supplemental Legislative Retirement Plan, and Mississippi Highway Safety Patrol Retirement System.

Provides that termination occurs only after all appeals are exhausted or appeal deadlines expire, with the Attorney General confirming final conviction status before benefits are forfeited.

Requires refund of member contributions without interest upon termination, with terminated members prohibited from repurchasing service credit or receiving benefits from prior service periods, though they may rejoin if later re-employed.

Amends fourteen existing sections to conform membership termination provisions and clarify that forfeiture of benefits under these sections does not constitute an attachment or assignable interest in retirement funds.
