Requires the Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks, in collaboration with the Department of Environmental Quality and Department of Transportation, to identify existing and needed wildlife corridors, including riparian corridors and potential transportation crossings.

Directs the Executive Director of the Department of Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks to audit existing statutes, rules, and regulations affecting wildlife corridors and recommend necessary changes.

Establishes state policy encouraging voluntary protection of wildlife corridor functioning as a public good to maintain habitat connectivity and biodiversity.

Requires the Executive Director to file a report with findings and recommendations to the Speaker of the House and President of the Senate by June 30, 2020.

Defines "wildlife corridor" as a habitat linkage connecting two or more wildlife habitat areas to allow fish passage or animal movement, and "habitat stronghold" as high-quality habitat supporting wildlife resilience to climate change and development pressures.
