MS SB2154

Requires the entity administering statewide student assessments to notify school districts and schools of test results no later than 21 days after the assessment is administered.

Mandates that school districts disclose assessment results to each teacher for students taught by that teacher in the subject area and school year the assessment was administered.

Removes previous language requiring school principals to certify test administration compliance within five days of completing the test.

Takes effect July 1, 2018.
