Mandates municipalities with 1,500+ inhabitants post budgets on their official website during September, with smaller municipalities posting in three public places; municipalities without websites must transmit budgets to county administrators for posting.

Requires school districts to publish budget synopses on their official website after adoption, with non-website districts transmitting budgets to county administrators for posting.

Mandates that budget revisions/amendments exceeding 10% for municipalities and all revisions for counties and school districts be posted on official websites within 14 days of adoption.

Takes effect July 1, 2018.
