• Authorizes distinctive license tags for supporters of 10 new organizations including Blue Mountain College, Order of the Eastern Star, American Federation of Teachers/Mississippi, Ballet Mississippi, and conservation of marine wildlife, with a $30 annual fee per tag.

• Creates distinctive license tags for Combat Action Ribbon and Department of Defense Medal for the Defense of Freedom recipients, with $30 annual fees distributed to veterans nursing homes and state highway fund.
