Amends Section 79-11-505 of the Mississippi Code to revise the exemption from charitable solicitation registration for humane societies.

Changes the exemption requirement for humane societies from having "an established relationship" with counties or municipalities to receiving "not less than fifty percent (50%) of its annual funding from contracts with counties or municipalities for the care and keeping of estrays."

Humane societies meeting the 50% funding threshold are exempted from registration and reporting provisions required under Sections 79-11-503 and 79-11-507.

Takes effect July 1, 2018.
