Increases weight tolerance for vehicles operating with a harvest permit from 5% to 10% above authorized tandem or axle weight, with maximum gross vehicle weight not exceeding 84,000 pounds

Increases weight tolerance for vehicles hauling prepackaged products at state ports from 5% to 10% above authorized gross weight, tandem or axle weight

Eliminates weight tolerance for vehicles operating without a harvest permit that load at a point of origin with scales available for weighing, limiting them to the 80,000-pound gross weight limit without tolerance

Removes authorization for weight tolerance for harvest permit vehicles loaded at points of origin with scales available for weighing each individual axle

Extends the repeal date of harvest permit vehicle provisions from July 1, 2019 to July 1, 2022
