Extends the automatic repeal date for Mississippi's Medical Radiation Technology Registration Law from July 1, 2018 to July 1, 2023 in Sections 41-58-1, 41-58-3, and 41-58-5.

Maintains registration requirements for radiologic technologists, nuclear medicine technologists, and radiation therapists under the Mississippi State Department of Health.

Preserves the Medical Radiation Advisory Council structure consisting of nine members including radiologists, physicians, technologists, physicists, and a hospital administrator.

Continues biennial registration fee of up to $50 and continuing education requirements (24 hours every two years for registered technologists).

Takes effect July 1, 2018.
