Creates the Age of Majority Advisory Committee to study whether Mississippi should lower its age of majority from 21 to 18 years old

Committee membership includes legislators, the Attorney General, representatives from the banking, medical, legal, and social work professions, youth court judges, prosecutors, public defenders, and Child Protection Services

Director of the Social Science Research Center at Mississippi State University appoints the chair; members serve without compensation

Committee must report findings and recommendations to the Legislature by December 1, 2018, and annually thereafter

Committee and authorizing legislation automatically repeals on July 1, 2020
