Amends Section 27-19-81 of the Mississippi Code to increase the fee for excess size permits after a carrier conducts ten trips with a wide load over the same portion of a two-lane highway in one calendar year.

Increases the per-trip fee for excess size permits from $10.00 to $1,000.00 for each subsequent trip after the tenth trip by the same carrier over that specific portion of two-lane highway in the same calendar year.

Maintains the existing $10.00 per-trip fee and $100.00 annual fee for excess size permits until the ten-trip threshold is reached over the same highway portion.

Takes effect July 1, 2018.
