Amends Section 33-5-51 of the Mississippi Code to establish a minimum daily compensation rate for Mississippi State Guard members called to state active duty.

Sets minimum compensation at $75.00 per day for each Mississippi State Guard member.

Maintains existing governance structure where the Mississippi State Guard is governed by the same laws and regulations as the Mississippi National Guard and entitled to the same privileges and immunities.

Takes effect July 1, 2018.
