Removes the 90-day deadline for the Department of Corrections to complete case plans for parole-eligible inmates.

Limits case plan requirements to parole-eligible inmates convicted on or after July 1, 2014.

Removes the requirement for the Department to submit progress reports to the Parole Board every four months, replacing it with notification only when inmates fail to comply with their approved case plan.

Authorizes the Department of Corrections to establish rules and regulations for determining inmate compliance with case plans, replacing the previous requirement for caseworkers to meet with inmates every eight weeks.

Takes effect July 1, 2018.
