Extends the repeal date for the Community Services Division's authority to collect field supervision fees from offenders under probation, parole, or other supervision from June 30, 2018 to June 30, 2020.

Offenders must pay $55.00 per month, with $50.00 deposited into the Community Service Revolving Fund for restitution centers, drug identification programs, and intensive supervision operations.

Remaining monthly fees are distributed as $3.00 to the Crime Victims' Compensation Fund and $2.00 to the Training Revolving Fund.

Hardship waivers may be granted by courts or the Department of Corrections for up to 90 days, and no offender pays fees for longer than 10 years.

Offenders who are financially able to pay but refuse may be imprisoned; those financially unable are exempt from payment.
