Requires website publication to be available for the same duration as newspaper publication (typically 3 consecutive weeks for most notices)

Defines "free, publicly accessible, official government website" as either the entity's own official website or a state-level government website specifically designed for publishing such notices

Makes conforming amendments to 100+ sections of Mississippi Code to allow entities to choose between website or newspaper publication methods for compliance with public notice requirements
