Establishes the "Mississippi Department of Human Services GEN+ Act," a multigenerational framework addressing poverty through education, workforce development, health and well-being, and social capital education with a focus on whole-family services.

Allows Mississippi Department of Human Services to exempt individuals convicted of drug-related felonies from the federal SNAP benefits ban if they are active drug court participants, drug court graduates with no subsequent convictions, or have only one drug-related felony conviction.

Suspends child support obligations by operation of law for any period exceeding 180 consecutive days of incarceration or involuntary institutionalization, except when the obligor has means to pay or was incarcerated for domestic violence, child abuse, or criminal nonpayment of child support.

Authorizes the Department of Human Services to administratively adjust arrears balances for suspended child support orders if arrears were accrued in violation of suspension provisions and neither party objects within 30 days of notice.

Takes effect July 1, 2018.
