Amends Mississippi Code Section 67-1-101 to authorize the Board of Supervisors of Coahoma County to establish one or more leisure and recreation districts outside the corporate limits of any municipality in the county by resolution.

Leisure and recreation districts allow for designated geographic areas where alcoholic beverage regulations may be applied differently, subject to county board approval and modification authority.

Requires that any district designation include a detailed written description, specific boundaries, and a georeferenced map of the district area.

Mandates that the county provide the Department of Revenue with copies of the establishment resolution, law enforcement verification of adequate public safety measures, and a list of existing alcoholic beverage permit holders in the district.

Effective date is July 1, 2018.
