Amends the distribution of fees collected from Mississippi's Breast Cancer Awareness distinctive license tags, which cost an additional $30.00 annually per vehicle.

Increases the portion disbursed to Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation from $12.00 to $24.00 per tag, designated to support statewide programs in Mississippi.

Eliminates the separate $12.00 allocation previously designated for the Central Mississippi Steel Magnolia Affiliate, consolidating all foundation disbursements under a single statewide program.

Maintains existing allocations to the Mississippi Burn Care Fund ($1.00), State Highway Fund ($2.00), and special fund under Section 27-19-44.2 ($1.00) per tag.

Takes effect upon passage.
