Clarifies that certified poll managers who complete the Secretary of State's online training program receive a Certificate of Completion but removes explicit compensation language effective January 1, 2020.

Reduces the number of certified poll managers per precinct from two (2) to one (1) per polling place required for general elections.

Changes the funding source for certified poll manager compensation from the "Help Mississippi Vote Fund" to the "Secretary of State" for the interim period (until January 1, 2020).

Requires at least one certified poll manager to be appointed in each polling place during general elections, with the requirement effective for all elections held after January 1, 2018.

Poll managers who complete online training are only required to complete two (2) hours of in-person training instead of the standard four to eight (4-8) hours.
