Amends Section 43-21-251 of Mississippi Code to add forensic interviews and information developed by child advocacy centers and multidisciplinary teams to youth court records.

Requires that all forensic interviews and information prepared under Section 43-15-51 be included as part of official youth court records and maintained confidentially.

Maintains existing confidentiality protections for all youth court records, which cannot be disclosed except as provided in Section 43-21-261.

Takes effect July 1, 2018.
