Amends Section 37-7-203 of Mississippi Code to modify the Picayune School District board of trustees election process for representatives from added territory.

Requires two board members representing the added territory of the Picayune School District to be elected at large from that territory instead of from single-member districts.

Specifies that the two trustees currently representing the added territory shall complete their current terms, after which two new trustees shall be elected at large for four-year terms at the statewide election in November 2018.

Applies when added territory furnishes 30% or more of pupils enrolled in the school district and the district is located in Pearl River County where Interstate 59 and Mississippi Highway 43 intersect.

Takes effect July 1, 2018.
