Authorizes $19,322.00 in special source funds for the same programs, with $19,322.00 derived from the Education Enhancement Fund

Allocates $185,000.00 of the general fund appropriation specifically for the Aquaculture Research Facility

Prohibits use of appropriated general funds to replace withdrawn federal or special funds previously used for salaries

Takes effect July 1, 2018
