Appropriates $150,644.00 from the State General Fund to the Tennessee-Tombigbee Waterway Development Authority for fiscal year 2019 (July 1, 2018 - June 30, 2019).

Authorizes $285,488.00 in special source funds for the Authority's operations during fiscal year 2019.

Authorizes 1 permanent full-time position and 1 part-time position for the Authority.

Requires the Authority to maintain accounting and personnel records in the same format and detail as fiscal year 2018 and submit future budget requests with comparable detail.

Takes effect July 1, 2018.
