Appropriates $99,076.00 from the State Treasury to the Mississippi State Board of Chiropractic Examiners for fiscal year 2019 (July 1, 2018 - June 30, 2019).

Requires the Board to maintain complete accounting and personnel records in the same format and detail level as fiscal year 2018, with future budget requests submitted in comparable format.

Directs the Board to give preference to Mississippi Industries for the Blind when purchasing commodities or equipment if bids are equal in price, quality, and service.

Authorizes the Board to expend available funds to cover health insurance cost increases and fees from the Department of Information Technology Services or Department of Finance and Administration, up to $7,275.00.

Takes effect July 1, 2018.
