Appropriates $924,000.00 from the State Treasury to the Mississippi State Board of Dental Examiners for fiscal year 2019 (July 1, 2018 - June 30, 2019).

Authorizes 9 permanent full-time positions for the Board of Dental Examiners.

Allocates up to $27,000.00 of appropriated funds to the Mississippi Board of Pharmacy to support the Mississippi Prescription Monitoring Program.

Authorizes the agency to escalate other special funds up to $25,456.00 to cover increased health insurance costs and fees from state agencies in fiscal year 2019.

Requires expenditures to comply with state law regarding appropriation limits and establishes preference for Mississippi Industries for the Blind in competitive bidding.
