Appropriates $184,870 from the State Board of Massage Therapy Fund to cover the agency's operating expenses for fiscal year 2019 (July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019)

Requires the Board of Massage Therapy to maintain complete accounting and personnel records at the same level of detail as fiscal year 2018

Authorizes the agency to spend up to an additional $4,597 from special funds to cover potential increases in health insurance costs or new fees from the Department of Information Technology Services or Department of Finance and Administration

Mandates that Mississippi Industries for the Blind receive preference when bids are equal in price, quality, and service for commodity or equipment purchases

Takes effect July 1, 2018
