Appropriates $6,751,504 from the State General Fund to the Mississippi Department of Agriculture and Commerce for fiscal year 2019 (July 1, 2018 - June 30, 2019).

Authorizes $9,135,830 in special source funds for the department, including $600,000 from the Fruit and Vegetable Revolving Fund.

Authorizes 230 permanent full-time positions, 2 permanent part-time positions, 19 time-limited full-time positions, and 4 time-limited part-time positions.

Appropriates $1,100,000 for the Beaver Control Program, with funding from Mississippi Department of Transportation, private fees, and the State Forestry Commission ($200,000).

Establishes performance targets for fiscal year 2019 including 2,000 pesticide inspections, 110,000 museum attendees, 52,000 retail motor fuel device inspections, and 2,350 official seed samples collected.
