Appropriates $954,150.00 to the Mississippi Fair Commission from its special fund account for the Dixie National Livestock Show for fiscal year 2019 (July 1, 2018 - June 30, 2019).

Appropriates $56,911.00 from the State General Fund for junior livestock roundup shows for steers, cattle, hogs, sheep, and goats.

Appropriates $13,310.00 for county livestock shows with a maximum of $1,000.00 per county and requiring county livestock associations to guarantee a minimum of $500.00 in prizes.

Appropriates $57,458.00 for five district livestock shows and $7,438.00 for five state dairy shows, with at least 75% of funds directed to 4-H Club members and Smith-Hughes School students.

Appropriates $12,509.00 for Mississippi High School Rodeo promotion and $44,979.00 for the NCHA Eastern National Championship, effective July 1, 2018.
