Appropriates $37,761,385.00 from the State General Fund and $26,183,187.00 from the State Treasury to the Department of Finance and Administration for fiscal year 2019 (July 1, 2018 - June 30, 2019), authorizing 470 full-time permanent positions and 3 part-time permanent positions.

Appropriates $6,528,028.00 from the Tort Claims Trust Fund to the Tort Claims Board for administration of the Tort Claims Act, authorizing 8 full-time permanent positions.

Appropriates $1,484,450.00 to the Mississippi Home Corporation as a grant targeted at individuals with disabilities or serious mental illnesses who are being discharged from state institutions or meet specified housing and health criteria.

Allocates $4,500,000.00 for the Bureau of Building, Grounds and Real Property Management for repair and maintenance of state-owned buildings; $150,000.00 for dissolution of the Pearl River Basin Development District; and $100,000.00 to cover shortfalls in the Master Lease Purchase Program.

Appropriates $42,100.00 from the State General Fund and $7,265.00 from the State Treasury to the Mississippi Commission on the Status of Women, authorizing 1 full-time permanent position.
