Authorizes the City of Corinth in Alcorn County to sell and distribute water to the Town of Burnsville in Tishomingo County, notwithstanding the five-mile limitation in Section 21-27-39 of Mississippi Code.

Permits the City of Corinth to plan, design, acquire, fund, and construct necessary water distribution systems, purchase equipment and machinery, and acquire property rights to serve Burnsville.

Allows the Town of Burnsville to contract with the City of Corinth for monthly water purchases at rates agreed upon by both parties.

Requires compliance with the Public Service Commission's Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity requirements and rate regulation provisions under Section 77-3-1 et seq.

Effective upon passage.
