Commends the Simmons-Hollandale High School "Blue Devils" football team for winning their third consecutive Class 1A State Championship on December 1, 2017, defeating Nanih Waiya 22-20 at Vaught-Hemingway Stadium in Oxford.

Recognizes Head Coach Wade Tackett and the team's 40th consecutive victory, with the team remaining undefeated since November 21, 2014.
