Commends and congratulates the St. Martin High School "Jackettes" Varsity Dance Team and Head Coach Amber Rivera for winning the MHSAA Small Jazz Division State Title on December 15, 2017.

Recognizes this as the team's second consecutive state championship under Coach Rivera, achieved while competing without one injured dancer.

Lists team members including seniors Damion Seymour and Azlyn Argiuelles, junior Kyleigh Wilson, sophomores Lanie Forehand, Olivia Lopez, Alyssa Reed, and Erin Schreck, and freshman Jaclyn McCoy.

Credits choreographer/instructor Kimberly Bourgeois-Fay of Infinity Dance Company in Ocean Springs for her work with the dancers.

Directs that the resolution be presented to Coach Rivera and forwarded to St. Martin High School Principal Dina Holland and the Jackson County School Board.
