Mourns the death of Lieutenant Junior Grade Wallace Eugene Burch, 25, of Horn Lake, Mississippi, who died on October 1, 2017, in a T-45C aircraft training accident in Tellico Plains, Tennessee.

Commends Burch's naval service, including his graduation from Mississippi State University in 2014, commissioning as an Ensign on January 16, 2015, and completion of intermediate jet training in March 2017.

Recognizes Burch's achievements including receipt of the Commodore's List with Distinction during primary flight training and selection for the Strike Training Pipeline in April 2016.

Extends legislative condolences to Burch's surviving family members, including his mother Adrienne Louise Starling Moore, father Dr. William Eugene Burch, siblings, and extended family.

Directs that the resolution be presented to Burch's surviving family and made available to the Capitol Press Corps.
