Encourages Mississippi citizens to wear blue and green on the designated day to promote transplantation success.

Notes that over 1,300 Mississippians and 115,000 people nationwide are on transplant waiting lists, with 20 people dying daily in the U.S. due to lack of available organs.

Highlights that one organ donor can save up to eight lives, while tissue donation can help more than 50 people, but only 30% of Mississippians with driver's licenses are registered donors.

Directs the resolution be presented to Donate Life Mississippi and forwarded to the State Board of Health for public dissemination.
