Commends and congratulates Tyler Pearson from Louisville, Mississippi for winning the World Champion Steer Wrestler title at the 2017 Wrangler National Finals Rodeo in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Recognizes Pearson's competitive rodeo career beginning at age eight, including qualification for High School Nationals all four years and placement as fourth in Steer Wrestling at the College National Finals while attending University of West Alabama.

Notes Pearson's first National Finals Rodeo qualification in 2013 as a Top 15 ranked competitor, where despite a knee injury he placed fourth in the average by throwing every steer in all 10 rounds.

Acknowledges Pearson's 2017 National Finals Rodeo performance where he threw his steer in all 10 rounds to win second in average and capture the World Champion title, with his horse Scooter named 2017 Horse of the Year.
