Designates April 12, 2018, as "Reman Day in Mississippi" to recognize remanufacturing as an industrial process that restores used or worn products to "same-as-when-new" condition.

Recognizes remanufacturing as the highest form of recycling that reduces greenhouse gas production, saves energy, and reclaims end-of-life products.

Encourages businesses, state agencies, nonprofit organizations, schools, and individuals to celebrate and promote remanufacturing as environmentally friendly and economically efficient.

Directs distribution of the resolution to the Mississippi Manufacturers Association and the Capitol Press Corps.
