Notes Ivshin's previous role as Deputy Director for Geology and Underground Injection Permits before her appointment as Executive Director.

Commends Ivshin's field experience and expertise in understanding oilfield operations and emerging technologies that enabled effective regulatory solutions under her leadership.

References Governor Phil Bryant's 2013 commendation of Ivshin as Interstate Oil and Gas Compact Commission Chairman for her contributions to state regulatory programs supporting oil and gas exploration and environmental protection.
