Commends 76 students recognized as members of Phi Theta Kappa's 2018 All-Mississippi Academic Team representing community and junior colleges across Mississippi.

Recognizes students from 13 Mississippi community and junior colleges including Hinds, Holmes, Itawamba, Jones County, Meridian, Mississippi Delta, Mississippi Gulf Coast, Northeast, Northwest, Pearl River, and Southwest Mississippi Community Colleges, plus Coahoma and Copiah-Lincoln Community Colleges.

Celebrates the students' demonstration of impressive intellect, outstanding leadership, and determination for achieving academic excellence.

Designates March 28, 2018 as "Mississippi Phi Theta Kappa Day" in honor of the honor society's international headquarters location in Jackson, Mississippi.

Directs the resolution be presented to Phi Theta Kappa and made available to members of the Capitol Press Corps.
