Designates July 13, 2018, as "Collector Car Appreciation Day in Mississippi" to recognize the importance of collecting and restoring historic and classic cars.

Acknowledges that automotive restoration and preservation are cross-generational activities that contribute well-paying, high-skilled jobs and preserve technological and cultural heritage.

Recognizes that local car clubs and related businesses have been instrumental in preserving vintage automobiles as historic works of art.

Encourages Mississippi citizens to participate in events and commemorations that allow collector car owners to educate young people about preserving American cultural heritage through vehicle restoration.

Directs the Mississippi Development Authority to disseminate the resolution to the Capitol Press Corps.
