Recognizes Colonel Damon S. Feltman of DeSoto County, Mississippi, a Mississippi State University ROTC graduate, upon his promotion to the rank of Brigadier General in the United States Air Force.

Colonel Feltman currently serves as Vice Commander of 10th Air Force at Naval Air Station Fort Worth Joint Reserve Base, Texas, overseeing fighter, bomber, special operations, rescue, and cyber units.

His military career includes command positions such as Commander of the 310th Space Wing and 19th Space Operations Squadron, along with staff roles in space operations, policy, and defense training management.

His education includes a Bachelor of Business Administration from Mississippi State University (1991) and multiple advanced military and strategic studies degrees from institutions including Air War College and National Defense University.

Resolution directs that this recognition be presented to General Feltman and his family, forwarded to the Mississippi State University ROTC program director, and distributed to the Capitol Press Corps.
