Commemorates the 50th anniversary of the 1968 "Mule Train-Poor People's Campaign March" that traveled 1,000 miles from Marks, Mississippi to Washington, D.C., originally scheduled to be led by Martin Luther King, Jr.

Recognizes the University of Mississippi's hosting of a National Conference on March 28-29, 2018, titled "Honoring the 50th Anniversary of the 1968 Mule Train-Poor People's Campaign by Implementing Classroom Theory in Marks, Mississippi."

Notes that the 50th Anniversary observance began in Marks in May 2017 and concludes in May 2018, with former U.S. Representative Andrew Young, Jr. scheduled to speak at the closing ceremony on May 13-18.

Directs the University of Mississippi and Mississippi Civil Rights Museum to coordinate events and educational programs to highlight this historic landmark.
