Restores voting rights to any person convicted of a disenfranchising crime who subsequently served honorably in any branch of the U.S. Armed Forces during any wartime period after December 31, 1946, and received an honorable discharge.

Requires persons seeking to restore voting rights under this provision to record their military discharge or release with the county chancery clerk, which then restores full suffrage as if the Legislature had individually restored their rights.

Prohibits restoration of voting rights for anyone with an unfinished or suspended sentence.

Amends Mississippi Code sections 23-15-11, 23-15-19, 23-15-125, 23-15-151, and 23-15-153 to add exceptions allowing voting rights restoration for qualifying military veterans in disfranchisement statutes.

Takes effect upon passage.
