Amends Section 73-35-21 to update the Mississippi Real Estate Commission's authority regarding license refusal, suspension, and revocation, with clarifications on language regarding gender-neutral pronouns.

Adds specific provision that simple contact or communication by a real estate licensee with mortgage brokers or lenders about professionals (appraisers, inspectors, contractors, attorneys) regarding listings or pending contracts does not constitute a violation.

Amends Section 73-35-25 to provide that if an appeal is filed within 30 days of any commission order, rule, or decision, the order shall be automatically stayed until a final court judgment is entered.

Maintains existing procedures for appeals to circuit court within 30 days and requires appellants to post a $500 bond for costs.

Takes effect July 1, 2019.
