Amends Section 63-7-59, Mississippi Code of 1972, to remove the exclusive enforcement authority limitation for motor vehicle window tint violations.

Deletes the population threshold of 2,000 residents that previously restricted which municipalities could enforce window tint laws, allowing all municipal law enforcement officers to enforce violations.

Maintains existing window tint requirements including 28% minimum light transmittance for windows and exemptions for medical conditions, school buses, and vehicles with factory-tinted windows.

Preserves enforcement authority for Mississippi Department of Public Safety and expands municipal enforcement to all jurisdictions regardless of population size.

Effective date: July 1, 2019.
