Increases the salary limit for chancery clerks and circuit clerks from $90,000 to $99,000 per year in compensation for services.

Revises filing fees charged by chancery clerks for recording documents, including increasing the fee for recording deeds and similar documents from $10.00 to $25.00 for the first five pages.

Increases per diem fees for chancery court attendance from $50.00 to $85.00 for the first chancellor sitting and clerk/deputies.

Establishes a uniform civil case filing fee of $85.00 for all civil cases including divorces, guardianships, estates, adoptions, and other specified matters.

Takes effect October 1, 2019.
