Mississippi Development Authority is authorized to sell, lease, or otherwise dispose of three parcels of real property in Lowndes County and Columbus, Mississippi in whole or in part at the authority's sole discretion.

Tract I consists of 28.4373 acres located in the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 and NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 15, T-18-S, R-18-W, Lowndes County.

Tract II consists of two descriptions totaling approximately 3.989 acres (2.1603 acres and 1.8287 acres) located in the Interstate City Addition, City of Columbus.

Mississippi Development Authority may pay costs associated with the disposal including title search, title insurance, legal fees, recording fees, and other related expenses.

Act takes effect upon passage.
