Changes Hancock County bridge project from "Kiln-Delisle Road bridge" to specify "repair of Crane Creek Bridge No. 32" with funding of $500,000.00.

Clarifies the Itawamba County Railroad Authority receives $1,500,000.00 for repairs and improvements to the railroad line running from Amory to Fulton, Mississippi.

Changes the recipient of the historic church project from "Rodney Foundation, Inc." to "Rodney History and Preservation Society" for repair and renovation of the historic Rodney Presbyterian Church with $280,000.00 in funding.
