Amends Section 9-17-1 to require participating counties to pay county court administrator salaries directly to administrators as county employees, rather than through the Administrative Office of Courts.

Circuit and chancery court administrator salaries continue to be paid by the Administrative Office of Courts in twelve monthly installments after authorization by judges and chancellors.

Counties with chancery or circuit court administrators must transfer one-twelfth of their pro rata cost to the Administrative Office of Courts by the 20th of each month.

Brings forward Section 9-13-19 regarding court reporter compensation, establishing maximum annual salaries of $49,500 (5 years or less experience), $58,500 (5-10 years experience), and $64,000 (10+ years experience).

Effective July 1, 2019.
