Authorizes the Commission on Marine Resources to revoke a person's license if they fail to comply with a summons, citation, or refuse to pay a fine, fee, or assessment for violating seafood laws or regulations.

Requires the court clerk or commission secretary to notify the person in writing by first-class mail that their license will be revoked if they do not comply or pay within 10 days of the mailing date.

Allows the cost of notice to be added to other court costs.

Requires the court clerk or commission secretary to send the court or administrative record and notice to the commission if the person fails to comply or pay, triggering automatic license revocation by the commission.

Keeps a revoked license in effect until the person provides proof that all court obligations have been satisfied; effective July 1, 2019.
