Allows professional engineers and land surveyors in Mississippi to obtain certificates of licensure for either one year or two years instead of only one year.

Sets renewal fees for one-year certificates at up to $50.00 for engineers and surveyors individually, or $75.00 for those licensed in both professions; two-year certificates cost up to $100.00 individually or $150.00 for dual licensure.

Establishes fees for corporation and firm certificates of authority at up to $250.00 for one-year certificates or $400.00 for two-year certificates, with renewal fees of $150.00 annually or $300.00 biennially.

Requires the board to adopt rules and regulations for administering annual and/or biennial renewal systems for certificates of licensure.

Takes effect July 1, 2019.
