Requires applicants for real estate broker's and salesperson's licenses to provide a current email address beginning July 1, 2019.

Requires license renewal applicants to provide and update their current email address for renewals expiring after June 30, 2019.

Mandates the Mississippi Real Estate Commission provide email notice to all brokers and salespersons who have provided email addresses of each proposed rule or regulation change or adoption.

Requires the commission to send notice of proposed rule changes on no less than three separate occasions during the notice period under the Mississippi Administrative Procedures Law.
